Salieron tres versiones para Forever Love. Primero apareció el sencillo a forma de balada-rock, luego en el álbum Dahlia apareció su versión acústica (con violines), y luego vino la versión Last Mix (en guitarra acústica). También fue utilizada como ending para el anime "X" de Clamp.

Análisis

Forever Love va mas allá del emblema de lo clásico en cuanto a canciones de amor. Es una de las mejores canciones de todos los tiempos, algo de la música que se mete en tu ser. Hay una inherente tristeza en ella que es imposible de escapar, pero también hay felicidad. Hace a las personas llorar más que cualquier otra canción que conozco. Algunas personas se relacionan con la letra; otros adoran cantar la melodía; otros sólo se hunden en la gloria del solo de guitarra. Pero lo que sea que hagas, no eres el mismo una vez que la escuchas y la comprendes. La versión en vivo de 1997.12.31 es lo mismo pero multiplicado varias veces. En la versión en vivo sabes que cuando Toshi deja de cantar después de "All I see is blue in my heart", es porque está abrazando a Yoshiki. Y sabes que cuando Yoshiki golpea las notas incorrectas en el piano y deja de tocar no es por falta de precisión, sino por el hecho de que está sollozando tan fuerte que apenas y puede mover sus manos.
